Can I try it without paying?

Yes — Tvillingen works right away with no account. Create ideas, explore the graph, and get a feel for it. An early access account adds AI insights and sync when you're ready.

What does "early access" mean?

Tvillingen is in active beta. The app is real and usable, but it is still being shaped — features will change, some will be added, and some may be removed. You are buying access at this price knowing that.

What are AI insights?

When you select an idea, Tvillingen reflects it back to you — what it might connect to, what might be in the way, and one small step you could take. Calm, thoughtful, not a to-do list.

Can I get a refund?

Because digital access is granted immediately, refunds are not offered unless there is a technical failure that prevents you from accessing the service. If you experience a problem, email us and we will sort it out.

Beta terms

Nature of the product. Tvillingen is beta software under active development. It is provided as-is. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice. The interface, AI behaviour, and data model may change significantly from what you see today.

Availability. No uptime guarantee is given. The service may be unavailable for hours or days due to maintenance, bugs, or infrastructure issues.

What "access" means. Your one-time payment grants access to the service for as long as it continues to operate. "Early access" is not a promise of indefinite operation. If the service is discontinued, access will end. No refund will be issued in that event.

No guarantee of value. The product may evolve in a direction that no longer suits your needs. That is the nature of buying into a beta. We are not liable for any loss of expected utility if features change or are removed.

Refunds. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product direction, or features being changed or removed. Refunds are only issued in cases of verifiable technical failure that prevents access.

EU withdrawal right. For EU/EEA/UK consumers: you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By completing this purchase you explicitly request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that exercising the withdrawal right is no longer possible once access has been granted, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Data. If the service is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to give you an export of your data before shutting down. See the About page for full privacy information.
