Version 2026-10-04
Terms of service
Effective: 4 October 2026
Who provides Tvillingen
Tvillingen is provided by Julius Bung Tidblom, trading as Svift Design Studio, a Swedish sole trader. Full seller, VAT and contact information is available under Seller and contact.
These terms apply to the free service, trials and paid subscriptions. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the AI features.
The service
Tvillingen helps you capture, organise and explore ideas. Free signed-in accounts can synchronise saved work between supported devices. Paid plans add bounded AI features.
The founding subscription currently includes 100 weighted AI credits per billing month, with a daily limit of 10 credits. Different AI actions use different numbers of credits, as shown on the Account page. Limits protect service availability and cost; they do not prevent you from reading, editing, exporting or deleting saved work.
Tvillingen is beta software. Features may evolve, and temporary interruptions can occur. Material reductions to a paid plan will be communicated before they take effect.
Subscriptions and billing
The monthly plan renews each month and the annual plan renews each year until cancelled. The total shown in Checkout is tax-inclusive. Stripe Managed Payments and Link process the transaction as merchant of record and may present the total in a local currency.
Founding pricing is guaranteed for the first 12 months of a paid subscription. If the price changes after that period, we will give at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to a renewal.
You can cancel from the Account page through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and paid access remains available until then. A seven-day no-card trial ends automatically and does not renew into a paid plan.
Paid access begins immediately only after you separately and expressly request immediate service before entering Checkout. That request is not bundled into acceptance of these terms.
Refunds and withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for a distance service contract, beginning when the contract is concluded once the required information has been supplied. For the founding beta, you may request a full refund during that period without giving a reason, and Tvillingen will not deduct for initial beta use.
Use the clearly labelled online withdrawal function. It records the request and provides a timestamped receipt without delay. If you cannot access the account, email juliustidblom@gmail.com from the address connected to the account and include your name and purchase date.
A request is reviewed within two Swedish business days. Submitting it records your notice but does not itself confirm that a refund has completed. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline. This policy does not limit any stronger statutory withdrawal, refund, conformity or consumer rights that apply to you.
AI features
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. It is offered for reflection, not as medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for urgent, safety-critical or high-stakes decisions.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or contains highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for the requested reflection.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in the ideas and reflections you enter. You permit us and our service providers to process that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, as described in the Privacy notice.
You are responsible for your account and must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access or usage limits, access another person's data, or use Tvillingen for unlawful purposes.
Account suspension and ending the service
We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or respond to a serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to export your data.
If Tvillingen is discontinued, paid customers will receive reasonable advance notice and access to an export where feasible. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, law and complaints
We may update these terms as the beta develops. Material changes will be announced in the service or by email before they take effect. The version and effective date at the top identify the terms currently offered.
Swedish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Swedish consumers may also contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
